Non-Discrimination Policy for Student Organizations
Code of Conduct/Dean of Students
Georgia State University does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, creed, age, sexual orientation, gender, disability, national origin, or veteran status in employment or the administration of the program and activities conducted by Georgia State University or any of its several departments now in existence or hereafter established.
Additionally, no chartered student organization may engage in discriminatory conduct whether collectively or through the actions of its individual members.
Violations of this policy by a chartered student organization will be adjudicated and may result in disciplinary action up to and including revocation of the organization's university charter.
