Discrimination & Bias Concerns/Complaint Processes (How-To Guide)

If a student, staff or faculty member has a concern of discrimination or bias then please have the individual to contact the Office of ECRC Investigations & Hiring by completing the attached Initial Intake form: https://hr.gsu.edu/service-centers/aa-eeo-investigation-and-hiring/informal-complaint-intake-form/ once the form has been returned to the email address: [email protected] a member of the Office of ECRC Investigations & Hiring will contact the individual within twenty-four (24) hours, Monday through Friday to schedule a mutually agreeable date and time to discuss their concerns.
If the individual does not wish to file a formal discrimination complaint, the Office of ECRC Investigations & Hiring will work with the individual to obtain an informal resolution to their concerns by providing additional campus resources to include: Office of Employee Relations, Office of Ombudsperson, Office of Diversity Education & Planning and Office of ECRC Training and Compliance to address their concerns.
